WITB Time Machine: Min Woo Lee’s winning WITB, 2021 Genesis Scottish Open

At the 2021 Scottish Open at The Renaissance Club in North Berwick, Min Woo Lee birdied six consecutive holes en route to a flawless final-round 64, setting the clubhouse target at 18 under. His performance forced a three-way playoff with Matt Fitzpatrick and Thomas Detry, played at the 18th hole after weather delays suspended play. Lee rolled in a nine-foot birdie putt on the first extra hole to seal the win. At just 22 years old, Lee became the youngest winner in the tournament’s modern era, earning his second European Tour title.
