Trending @ 2nd Swing: Rapsodo’s MLM + the hottest swing speed training system right now
GolfWRX is proud to partner with 2nd Swing Golf to bring you the latest installment in our bi-monthly series “Trending @ Swing Golf.” 2nd Swing has more than 100,000 new and pre-swung golf clubs available in six store locations and online.
In this series, we bring you a roundup of some exciting finds from the golf equipment retailer — and these aren’t your standard bestsellers!
Let’s dig in to this edition of Trending @ 2nd Swing Golf.
Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitor

2nd Swing says: The Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitor allows golfers to access all of the club data they want in the palm of their hand. Able to be used indoors or outdoors, the Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitor provides instantaneous feedback and can all be accessed through your mobile device.
Ping G425 Irons

2nd Swing says: The Ping G425 irons may be a few years old, but are still one of the most popular game improvement irons out there due to their combination of powerful distance, reliable forgiveness, and solid feel in a relatively compact shape compared to most game-improvement irons.
Scotty Cameron Phantom X 7.5 Putters

2nd Swing says: With the detailed craftsmanship you’d expect from a Scotty Cameron putter, the Phantom X 7.5 is a technically advanced mallet that provides the perfect blend of feedback and soft feel.
SuperSpeed Golf Swing Speed Training System

2nd Swing says: Every golfer wants to hit the ball farther and the best way to increase distance is to increase clubhead speed. The SuperSpeed Golf Swing Speed Training System accomplishes this task through a dedicated training program using three different weighted clubs that will have you swinging faster and the ball going farther.
Titleist TSi2 Driver

2nd Swing says: The Titleist TSi2 driver remains a top-performing driver even though it’s a few years old. With its thin face promoting enhanced ball speed and its increased forgiveness, the Titleist TSi2 driver is an option for any golfer, no matter the skill level.

Neal Shipley, AKA, the “Big Fridge’s,” custom stamping
Neal Shipley was the first to admit that he enjoyed his food while in college. But since his days at Ohio State, he’s slimmed down and earned a PGA Tour Card.
That hasn’t stopped him from having fun with his wedge stampings, though it’s led to some misunderstandings.
On the 54 (degree), we have ‘Big Fudge,'” Shipley told GolfWRX. “It was supposed to be ‘Big Fridge,’ so this happened a little while ago. ‘Big Fridge’ was a nickname between my college teammates and I, with ‘fridge’ meaning stomach, a big stomach.

“We told the Ping guys to put … ‘Big Fridge’ on it, and I think maybe some bad cell service or something, and they thought I said ‘fudge,’ so they put fudge on it.”
On Shipley’s 50-degree he also continues the food theme, this time with his go-to order at the “Golden Arches,” and his stamping “DONS 7.”
“The number 7 meal, the two cheeseburger meal, that was my McDonald’s order, back when I would have McDonald’s frequently,” Shipley shared.
