2015 LPGA North Texas Shootout Photos
GolfWRX is live from the 2015 LPGA Volunteers of America North Texas Shootout at Las Colinas Country Club in Irving, Texas.
The field this week features Lydia Ko, the 18-year-old phenom ranked No. 1 in the Rolex Women’s World Rankings, who is coming off last week’s playoff win at the Swinging Skirts. Joining Ko is a slew of top-ranked golfers including Inbee Park (No. 2), Stacy Lewis (No. 3) and Hyo-Joo Kim (No. 4) as well as Paula Creamer, Michelle Wie and Cheyenne Woods.
At last year’s North Texas Shootout, Stacy Lewis won by six shots over Meena Lee, with Michelle Wie finishing another stroke behind in third place.
Los Colinas will play as a par-71 measuring 6,462 yards for the third installment of the North Texas Shootout this week.

Does Golfwrx have a promotion contract with C Woods. You had her pictured for the Lotte where she missed the cut. So far this year she’s played in 7 events, missed 2 cuts and her best finish is 24th! Now you’re promoting her again! Seriously?
You may ( or may not) have heard of this lady named Brooke Henderson. 17 years old. Last week in the final group (finished 3rd) with #1 player in the world. Spent most of the night in an airport before arriving in Dallas and qualifying for the North Texas. Tied for 10th in last year’s US Open at Pinehurst……as a 16 year old!

Love the LPGA photos! LPGA and Champions bags are so much more interesting than PGA. I think Golf WRX should stop shooting PGA and start shooting LPGA and Champions. At least alternate between the tours.
