WITB Time Machine: J.B. Holmes’ winning WITB, 2019 Genesis Invitational
Seven years ago, when the tournament originally contested in 1926 as the Los Angeles Open was still called the Genesis Open, the singular J.B. Holmes tracked down fellow Kentuckian Justin Thomas from a four-shot deficit at the start of the final round. Holmes signed for a one-under-par 70 for the day, finishing at 14-under 270, one stroke ahead of JT.
