How many wraps under those midsize grips?

Per an article on Golf.com 13 wraps on the bottom, 12 at the top. When all is said and done, they are probably some of the largest grips on tour.

It looks like there is paint-fill in the notch along the putter top line. What might that be for?

It gets the putter in the position he likes in relation to his eyes. He uses the white mark as a guide.
