WITB Time Machine: Kevin Kisner’s winning WITB at the 2019 WGC-Dell Match Play
In the final match of the 2019 WGC-Dell Match Play at Austin Country Club, Kevin Kisner took down Matt Kuchar, 3 and 2, to win the tournament. Kisner had a dominant run throughout the tournament, winning all of his group stage matches and then advancing through the knockout rounds to claim the title in Texas.
Kisner’s victory at the 2019 WGC-Dell Match Play was his third PGA Tour win and his first World Golf Championship win. It was also a significant achievement for the Georgia alum, as he became the first player to go undefeated in the group stage and then win the tournament since the event switched to a round-robin format in 2015.
