Hideki Matsuyama’s winning WITB: 2022 Sony Open
Hideki Matsuyama leaned on a clutch 3-wood approach shot from 276 yards at the 72nd hole to force a playoff with Russell Henley at the 2022 Sony Open. The Japanese star needed just one playoff hole to vanquish Henley, locking up his eighth PGA Tour win in the process.
