    Definite trend with free agents:

    Mizuno irons
    B-stone ball

Time to get the itb spider black back in the bag like 2015. Put a stability shaft as an upgrade? If it’s not broken don’t fix it.

Well if Jason chose the Ping G425 that says alot and Bridgestone Ball. Hmmmmm looking for more spin like Tiger?

I completely missed the whole thing with Jason day not being with Taylor made. Does anyone know why?

Guessing that either non renewal for injuries and lack of performance. He certainly was one of the most established “yes” men TM has had.

That surprised me too. Clicked on the article expecting to see all TM and nothing close to that. When did he leave TM?

He and Rahm were not in the TM Christmas Card pic (Fleetwood was) and he left around the end of the year along with Rahm. JD has been trending down for years, but it was still a shocker that TM decided not to renew his deal.

I suspect his contract was downgraded from one of their “elite” players to standard tour player contract. Decided wasn’t worth the money and would find something that works better. Actually don’t think he has liked TM irons for a few years, has changed model about 3 times in the last 2 years.

Awesome bag. Love that he’s giving the Bridgestone bxs a shot.

Wow…weird to see other OEMs in Days bag. Definitely was one of the longest standing TM staffers. It’s cool to see what players turn to as free agents. Mizuno irons not a surprise but interesting to see the Bridgestone ball in there.

That’s what I was thinking. Figure it would be hard for him to look down at something different.

Well said. Will be so weird seeing him with a 2 Ball. But again look at what guys do whe they are free agents. Wow!

Watched him putt yesterday and it was BAD. Torrey Pines, didn’t he win before and he was missing the hole completely haha.
