Spotted: Cobra King F6 Rails fairway wood
Here’s a new look for adjustability. We spotted a fairway wood from Cobra called the “King F6 Rails,” which looks to offer CG adjustability via two interchangeable weights on its sole.
An educated guess tells us that one of the weights is heavier than the other, and placing the heavier weight forward will lower spin, while putting it rearward raises moment of inertia (MOI), thus making it more forgiving. It also appears that “Rails” refers to raised rails in the sole, most likely designed for better turf interaction.
Check out more photos of the King Cobra F6 Rails below, and see what GolfWRX members are saying about the club in the forums.

Neal Shipley, AKA, the “Big Fridge’s,” custom stamping
Neal Shipley was the first to admit that he enjoyed his food while in college. But since his days at Ohio State, he’s slimmed down and earned a PGA Tour Card.
That hasn’t stopped him from having fun with his wedge stampings, though it’s led to some misunderstandings.
On the 54 (degree), we have ‘Big Fudge,'” Shipley told GolfWRX. “It was supposed to be ‘Big Fridge,’ so this happened a little while ago. ‘Big Fridge’ was a nickname between my college teammates and I, with ‘fridge’ meaning stomach, a big stomach.

“We told the Ping guys to put … ‘Big Fridge’ on it, and I think maybe some bad cell service or something, and they thought I said ‘fudge,’ so they put fudge on it.”
On Shipley’s 50-degree he also continues the food theme, this time with his go-to order at the “Golden Arches,” and his stamping “DONS 7.”
“The number 7 meal, the two cheeseburger meal, that was my McDonald’s order, back when I would have McDonald’s frequently,” Shipley shared.

Ricky starts playing well again and we get a fresh batch of clubs with rails… I’ll take it! My F6 Baffler has been a game changer, hope there’s a “tweener” club in this group also.

It looks interesting. Between two different weights, and two different ports, you could do something with swingweighting as well as spin. I like the carbon-ish patern under the finish on the crown.
Looks like they are moving backward a bit in shape, more like the BC+ than the FlyZ+. Looks like the old S9-1 Pro with a little shorter face height.

This years King series just becomes stranger and stranger. All those tech features are rather odd. Mot fir my taste. I am sure newbies will have fun with it.
